Blood Flow Restriction Training / Rehab
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is a powerful rehab and performance tool that uses cuffs to safely limit blood flow during low-load exercise. This stimulates muscle growth, strength, and recovery—without heavy lifting. It’s ideal for injury rehab, post-surgical recovery, or boosting athletic performance.

Non-surgical spinal decompression
A gentle, therapeutic treatment designed to relieve pain in the neck (cervical spine) and lower back (lumbar spine). It works by carefully stretching the spine to reduce pressure on the discs and nerves, promoting healing and improving mobility. This treatment is non-invasive, meaning it does not involve surgery, and is often beneficial for conditions like herniated discs, sciatica, and chronic back or neck pain.

Electric muscle stimulation (EMS)
A therapy that uses gentle electrical impulses to help muscles relax and recover. Small electrodes are placed on the skin, sending signals to stimulate the muscles. This treatment can reduce pain, improve blood flow, and support healing in areas affected by injury, stiffness, or tension. EMS is safe and effective and is often used for conditions like muscle spasms, chronic pain, and recovery after physical strain.

NormaTec Compression
A relaxing and effective treatment that uses specialized compression sleeves for the legs, arms, or hips. These sleeves gently massage the area using pulses of pressure, helping to improve blood flow, reduce swelling, and enhance recovery. This therapy is great for athletes, those recovering from injuries, or anyone dealing with muscle soreness or fatigue. It’s a comfortable way to feel refreshed and support your body’s natural healing process.

Cupping
A natural treatment that uses small suction cups placed on the skin to promote healing and relaxation. The suction gently increases blood flow to the targeted areas, which can help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and relieve pain. Many people find cupping beneficial for relieving stiffness, soreness, or stress, and it’s a safe way to support overall wellness.

Flexion Distraction
A specially designed table to gently stretch and mobilize the spine. This treatment is often used to relieve lower back pain, herniated discs, sciatica, and other spinal conditions. The table allows the practitioner to target specific areas of the spine with controlled movements, reducing pressure on the discs and nerves while improving mobility.

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)
Also known as blading / scraping, is a therapy that uses a specialized tool to gently scrape over the skin. This technique helps break up tightness, reduce muscle tension, and promote better blood flow to the area. It’s often used to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injuries or muscle strain.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment that uses thin, sterile needles to target tight muscles or "trigger points." The needles help release tension, reduce pain, and improve muscle function by encouraging blood flow and relaxing the area. Dry needling is often used to treat issues like muscle knots, chronic pain, and injuries, offering a precise and effective way to support the body’s natural healing process. Dry Needling with EMS is also available.
